Award. Lyndon White II from Alachua is one of 27 children selected from nominations received across the world. Please contact Lyndon’s parent, Beverly White, 7508 NW 181th Terrace, Alachua, FL 32615, (352)215-0606 to offer congratulations and support information. The Yes I Can! Awards ceremony will be held at CEC’s 2009 Convention & Expo, Friday, April 3rd at 5:00 p.m. in Seattle, Washington. Additionally, a rehearsal for the ceremony will be held at 12:30 p.m. on April 3, and all winners and their families are invited to attend a special field trip on April 4. FCEC is pleased to note that CEC international will pay for one hotel room for two nights for Lydon and his family. FCEC will provide additional funding for expenses incurred by Lyndon. Your chapter will be responsible for collecting and submitting the receipts to FCEC Treasurer, Kay Hornbuckle, for reimbursement up to $1000.
